EXCEL INTERMEDIATE · FULL-DAY PRACTICAL

Turn a list into
a report you can trust.

Use a fictional order list to check totals, link a rate and make a chart. Keep the workbook as your example.

4 sessions · 16 short lessons · Optional checks · Fictional data only

This is a separate guided programme. The existing short Excel intermediate course and its saved progress stay unchanged.

Before you start

You should be able to select cells, enter a simple formula and save a workbook. Need a refresher? Use Excel beginner first.

  1. Save the downloads in a practice folder. Keep the originals and work on copies.
  2. Open the main workbook’s Start here sheet. Orders!A1:I9 holds the eight fictional records. H:I are left for your formulas.
  3. Use Microsoft 365 desktop Excel for the fullest practice. Mac and web menus differ. Where a command is unavailable, use the worked example and move on.

No real payroll, pension or personal data. No macro, connection, paid upgrade or account sign-in is needed to read the course. The supplied workbooks have no pre-created external links. You create one only in the linking exercise.
