EVALUATION AND CLOSE · 16:15–16:30
Keep a report you can explain.
Bring the four sessions together in one fictional workbook. Use the answer key after trying the task.
Your final practical task
- Keep all eight orders. Show the Open count and North cost on Summary.
- Apply the £100 review rule and a clearly labelled fixed-date days calculation.
- Show High priorities first, then Order ID A to Z. Filter Open orders, inspect them, then clear the filter.
- Test a Status dropdown. Restore the original values.
- Use a checked 10% rate to adjust £200. State whether it is a same-workbook link, external link or value-only snapshot.
- Make a readable team-cost chart and write one supported observation.
Final result checklist
- 8 records; £540 total; 6 Open orders.
- North £250, South £200, West £90; Open costs £400.
- Only TR-101 meets the £100 review rule.
- The fixed reporting date is 3 November 2026; TODAY is not used for an unlabelled snapshot.
- 10% on £200 gives £220. Source and link status are explicit.
- Three chart categories, pounds, readable labels and a zero baseline.
Check the Answers sheet for the detailed calculations. These are practice controls, not proof that your workbook has been inspected.
A short handover to keep
In your own notes, record: file name; reporting date; row count and total; rate source; linked or snapshot; one chart finding; anything still unverified.
Reflect before you finish
- Which task can you now do without the steps?
- Which formula or menu needs another try?
- What will you check before using the skill on approved work data?
No evaluation is submitted and no certificate is issued. Keep the completed workbook as your practice evidence.
